This policy aims to prevent misunderstandings and disputes that may arise from perceived similarities between unsolicited materials and independent projects developed by the Company’s employees, affiliates, or consultants. The Company advises strongly against sending any Unsolicited Submissions to avoid any potential claims of resemblance to the Company’s existing or future creative works, including films, animations, and other content. Any such resemblance is deemed entirely coincidental, given the Company’s involvement in multiple projects and products at various development stages.
